“Life In Song” #19: Eileen The Jellybean Queen is really more of a “ditty” than a song. It started when this girl Eileen who was eating jellybeans at a party. I came up with the phrase Eileen the Jellybean Queen and then just created a fictitious, exaggerated character around the phrase. Disclaimer: this song is in no way about any real person living or dead. If you have issues with eating or your weight please do not take this song personally. It’s just a dumb song with a lot of fun rhymes. This is one song I would prefer if you DID NOT share with anyone. I’ve just recorded it for “historical” purposes and it is the only time I’ve ever recorded this. Thanks for understanding.
PLEASE! Use headphones or decent speakers to listen to this instead of your tinny little computer speakers. It’s recorded in crystal clear digital sound and the headphones really make a difference!

I decided not to allow this song to be downloaded…I mostly wanted to preserve it but I’m a bit concerned about it being misunderstood. Sorry about that. I hope you understand.
Lyrics:
Eileen the Jellybean Queen | April 1978 | Song # 19
Refrain:
Eileen the jellybean queen
She’s a regular old fashioned eating machine
She weighs in at seven hundred and seventeen
She isn’t pretty
And that’s a pity
Because she isn’t witty
In the least sense of the word
She isn’t gorgeous
She’ll get you bored just
With one or more gust
Of hot air from her mouth
Refrain:
And every year she
Says to her deary
“I’m very weary
Of the winters we have ‘round here”
He tries t explain
Without too much pain about
The size of the plane
They’d need to carry her towards the south
Refrain:
Zoopa Doobah
Zoopa Doobah etc.
Refrain:
Tuning: Standard
